Description

This series mining pump is horizontal slurry pumps designed to handle the transfer of abrasive and high-density slurry in mining and heavy industry. Metal and rubber slurry pumps are designed for the most difficult pumping applications. Extra sections at wear point and perfect impeller structure ensure satisfactory performance with a long life. Rubber lined pumps expand the application to chemical product handling, several different rubber options are available to meet different application need.

New Material:

silicon carbide combined with silicon nitride.
High wear resistance, strong oxidation resistance.
Excellent cavitation resistance
Resistance to high-temperature heat shock
The small volume density, impeller weight is lighter, higher efficiency.
The wear resistance of sic ceramic material is 3.15times higher than that of high chromium alloy.
The service life of the ceramic slurry pump is 3-5 times that of a metal slurry pump.
